OK Long time never post is because every time I switch on com.The first thing I would click on is Maple Story.Today is sport challenge day.They give us 5 choices to be in.They are Captains Ball(BOYS/Girls)Play together.Badminton(Mix).Touch Ruby(Boys/Girls)Play together-_-".NAFTA Triathlon(Mix) and the last one is Cheer leading(Mix).I choose NAFTA Triathlon.We have to jog,run or walk or any thing you could complete 3 km.Shuttle Run,Incline Pull ups and sit up.Now very tired.Cant believe that I only did 197 sit ups in 10 minutes when Sergio did 217.For incline pull up.I did between 90-100,also have 10 minutes.Shuttle Run I think so is 9 seconds or more. 3 Km run/jog took me 19 minutes.Loss to Marcus by 2 minutes.
